The Mivi Bluetooth Earphones which you have purchased is covered by a best-in-class manufacturer warranty of 12 months. Moreover, your earphones are protected against all manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. Every pair of Mivi’s earphones undergo an extensive testing and strict evaluation procedures conducted by our expert team 

However, our warranty does not cover any defects or damages caused due to negligence, mistreatment, misuse, theft, loss, water or fire. In case you face any sort of technical issues, you will be eligible to receive a replacement free of charge. Full replacement for defective products is at the sole discretion of Mivi.

Additionally, please retain your sales receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase. Upon expiration of the 12-month warranty period, we can no longer provide any repairs/replacements.
