I am hearing too much or too low sound in my Mivi Saxo headphones..

In case of too loud sound, make sure to turn off any audio enhancement features on the audio source.

If the sound is too low, check if the grill is clean. A clogged grill can drop the sound levels to a great extent. Gently clean any oxidation or dirt build up on the grill with a clean cloth.
